The Law Student Union’s Pedagogical Prize 2018
 .
Sandra Ahrén is a much appreciated teacher who, in an accessible and engaging way, teaches i.a. family law, public procurement and competition law. As a teacher, Sandra is clear, responsive and patient, allowing the students to feel comfortable in the classroom and to percieve the subject she teaches as logical and accessible.
.
Sandra’s classes are well structured and pedagogical, and the students experience that she is constantly reflecting over and understanding what the students need to learn the subject in the best way possible. In her aim to capture the students’ curiosity, she lifts up broader perspectives, increasing both understanding and dedication among the students.
 .
The students see Sandra both as an amazing teacher and as a great role model. Her confident, clear and accessible teaching and ways have for many students been a key to a substantially increased motivation and joy to learn. In this way, Sandra shows in practice how hard work and consideration can make a big difference for the students’ learning. Therefore, it is a great honour to award Sandra Ahrén with The Law Student Union’s Pedagogigal Prize 2018.
