The Law Students Union's (JF) board consists of the presiding committee and six other members. The board is JF's operational body. This means that the board is responsible for implementing the governing assembly's decisions and for leading JF's ongoing activities. This can involve very varied tasks.

The board normally meets once a week. The board members mutual areas of responsibility are not determined in advance but are divided according to ability and interest.
